Lauren Thompson is a community-driven real estate professional based in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. With a BA in Communication from UC Santa Barbara and a background in both the mortgage industry and real estate marketing, Lauren brings a comprehensive understanding of the buying and selling process, from financing to listing strategy. Her project-manager approach ensures that every detail is handled efficiently, providing clients with a smooth, informed, and stress-free experience.

Passionate about the quality of life in Sonoma County, Lauren enjoys helping clients find homes that fit their lifestyle while actively engaging in the local community. She is a Founding Member of Santa Rosa Women for Good, a host of the Newman Moms Club, and serves as Sponsorship Coordinator for Santa Rosa Lacrosse. She has also held leadership roles with the Santa Rosa Moms Club, Mark West Little League, Riebli Elementary School, and the Mark West Education Foundation.

Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys hiking, cooking, and entertaining, and she lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and two sons.
